Do you have a voice that wishes to be heard? Entering its 26th year of operation, KRUI Radio is now hiring staff for Spring 2010. Available positions include: on-air music DJs, talk/sports show hosts, interviewers, and staff members. Positions are fun, and serve as a great way of meeting people on campus. No prior experience necessary. Apply today!

Orange Bowl Rep Visits KRUI

FedEx Orange Bowl Representative Larry Gautier was in Iowa City this past week getting acquainted with Hawkeye Nation. During his time here, he was kind enough to pay a visit to KRUI and give two in-studio interviews this past week with Sports Director Jordan Loperena. The first interview was Wednesday on “From the Cheap Seats” with Jordan and the rest of the “Cheap Seats” crew and the second interview, available for streaming below, was on Friday’s “College Gridiron Preview” with Jordan and the “Gridiron Preview” crew.
The Iowa Hawkeyes are slated to take on the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets in this year’s FedEx Orange Bowl at Land Shark Stadium in Miami, FL on January 5, 2010.
